Invitation to Nominate for the Position of Independent Board Member

The Board of Directors of Burgan Takaful Insurance Company is pleased to invite interested candidates to apply for membership of the Board of Directors in the capacity of an Independent Board Member, by submitting the required nomination documents to the Company’s Head Office – Al-Daw Tower – 26th Floor – Office of the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ahmed Awad. Please note that the deadline for submitting nomination applications is 03 February 2026, and any application submitted after the above-mentioned date will not be accepted. This is in accordance with the following nomination requirements: 1-The nominee must meet all legal conditions and requirements stipulated in the Companies Law, as well as all regulatory requirements issued by the Insurance Regulatory Unit. 2-The nominee must possess appropriate experience and qualifications commensurate with the nature of the Company’s business.
